Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Large arena footprint

The arena covers a wide footprint, so print size decides how much of the outline reads. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the vertical walls crisp.

  2. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  3. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Olympiahalle takes the building color.

  4. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Olympiahalle

The Olympiahalle, or Olympic Hall, is an indoor arena in Munich, Germany, used for many kinds of events. It belongs to Olympiapark and stages concerts, sports, exhibitions and trade fairs. It opened in 1972, when gymnastics and handball took place there during the Summer Olympics. Seating ranges from about 12,500 to 15,500, according to the event.

EC Hedos München, a defunct ice hockey team, used it as a part-time home. A major overhaul completed in 2009 lifted capacity to 15,500 and brought a VIP area, a restaurant and a smaller underground hall, the Kleine Olympiahalle, seating up to 4,000. The stage area was rebuilt in the same overhaul, which also sped up access for stage crews.

February 2020 brought modernized air conditioning, technology and lighting, and the interior regained its 1972 appearance in keeping with the monument. The arena has staged the Six Days of Munich track cycling race, World Figure Skating Championships, Ice Hockey World Championship games and Euroleague Final Fours. World Wrestling Entertainment shows have come to the arena since 1992.
