9 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Arches round the street wall
A continuous arcade of round arches wraps the base of the model, with an open gallery above it. Print larger so the arch openings stay clear and the piers keep their shape.
- Ring roof and raised main stand
The ring roof sits high on arched piers with a deep front truss, and one straight side carries a second, higher roof. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep that step crisp.
- One piece with the ground
The Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium
The Vazgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium is a multi-use ground with seats throughout, on 65 Vardanants Street in Yerevan, the Armenian capital. It was built between 1933 and 1935 and officially opened in 1935 as the Dinamo Stadium, with further work carried out in 1953 after World War II. Football is its main use, and it is where the Armenia national football team plays its home games. The capacity is 14,403 seats.
After a major renovation in 1999 the ground was renamed the Republican Stadium. Later that year it took the name of Vazgen Sargsyan, the former prime minister killed in the Armenian parliament shooting on October 27, 1999, and a presidential decree of December 28, 1999 confirmed the change. More than US$3 million went into the renovation of the infrastructure, the seats and other facilities, with financial help from the UEFA Executive Committee, and by the end of 2000 the rebuild was finished, with covered seating throughout.
A further renovation in 2008, done by the Israeli firm Green Diversified Ltd, replaced the playing surface, repaired the VIP sections and added a modern security system to meet UEFA standards. Those new VIP sections cut the seating capacity from 14,917 to 14,403. Ararat Armenia and Pyunik, both in the Armenian Premier League, also play their home games there.
