Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Roof masts and stays

Repeated roof masts carry three stays per bay above the stands. These thin members and the North Stand's deep cantilever are the most delicate parts, so use Full detail and print slowly at 0.12–0.16 mm layers.

  2. Rounded south corners

The south corners curve in plan under shallow roofs, with tilted columns and glazing below. Print friendly adapts the small frame members; a larger print keeps the rounded enclosure readable.

  3. One piece with the ground

Windsor Park is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Windsor Park takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Windsor Park

Windsor Park is a football ground in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and the home of Linfield, who own the land; the Irish Football Association owns and runs the stadium and pays Linfield an annual rent for its use by the Northern Ireland national team. The ground often stages the Irish Cup final.

The stadium takes its name from the south Belfast district around it and hosted its first game in 1905, when Linfield met Glentoran. Its first major development came in the 1930s to a design by the Scottish architect Archibald Leitch, with a main seated Grandstand, terracing in front of it and covered and open terraces around the other sides. In that form the ground held up to 60,000 people. A two-tier, 7,000-seat North Stand replaced the unreserved terrace in the 1980s, and a 5,000-seat Kop Stand followed in the late 1990s.

In 2011 the Northern Ireland Executive set aside £28 million to rebuild Windsor Park as an all-seater ground holding 20,000, as part of a wider £138 million program. The ground hosted the 2021 UEFA Super Cup, where Chelsea beat Villarreal on penalties, and it has also held the finals of the European Under-19 Championship in 2005 and in 2024.

About this model
