About 1 Lincoln Plaza
1 Lincoln Plaza combines commercial space and luxury residential condominiums in Lincoln Square, Manhattan. Its 43 floors hold 671 units: eight floors are commercial and 36 are residential apartments. The roof, which many count as the 44th floor, hosts a private fitness club named Top of the One. Other addresses for the building are 1897 Broadway, 20 West 64th Street, 1900 Broadway and 33 West 63rd Street.
Construction began in 1971, and the building was ready for occupancy in 1974. Paul Milstein tried to assemble a group of properties for the site, including a five-story tenement at 33 West 63rd Street that dated from the 1890s. He walked away from the negotiations, and the tower was constructed around that older building instead. Commercial tenants have included Sesame Workshop, SAG-AFTRA and ASCAP, whose headquarters were in the building from 1974 until 2018. The tower is visible in scenes filmed in the Lincoln Center plaza after 1971, including Ghostbusters.
How it prints
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

- Stepped crown and rooftop boxes
- The roofline has several stepped levels with small boxes on top. Print friendly adapts them to your print scale; Full detail keeps every one, which suits a larger print or a fine nozzle.
- Horizontal ribs along the shaft
- Fine horizontal ribs run the full height of the tower. A layer height of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keeps those lines crisp, and printing slowly helps the tall, narrow shape.
- One piece with the ground
- 1 Lincoln Plaza is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
- In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
- Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. 1 Lincoln Plaza takes the building color.
- File format
- You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

Common questions
Is there a 1 Lincoln Plaza STL I can download?
Mini Skyline builds the file for you in your browser and exports 3MF, which every major slicer opens. If you need an STL, open the 3MF in your slicer and export it from there.
How big can I print it?
Any print size from 40 mm across. 1 Lincoln Plaza grows with the print: about 40 mm tall on the default 160 mm print. For a model larger than your printer bed, Project Mode splits the area into tiles.
Is it free?
Yes. Generation runs in your browser, with no account and nothing behind a paywall.
