Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A tall office tower

At small print sizes the facade detail of a tall high-rise can blur. Print it larger for clarity, and use layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm for crisp vertical edges.

  2. One piece with the ground

777 Tower is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. 777 Tower takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About 777 Tower

777 Tower, first called Citicorp Center and also called Pelli Tower, stands 221 m (725 ft) tall with 52 stories at 777 South Figueroa Street, in Downtown Los Angeles's Financial District. César Pelli designed it, and South Figueroa Plaza Associates developed it in 1991 as Citicorp Plaza. The building covers about 1,025,000 square feet (95,200 square meters) and has a three-story lobby of Italian marble; sculpted white metal and glass cover the exterior.

The FIGat7th mall next door opened in 1986 under the name Seventh Market Place. Bullock's and May Co. were its two department stores. Brookfield Properties bought the building from Maguire Properties. It won a Los Angeles Business Council award for best high-rise commercial building in 1993, a beautification award in 1994 and a Building of the Year award from the Building Owners and Managers Association in 1996.

Ground was broken on September 7, 1988. The unfinished tower can be seen from 12th Street in Police Academy 6: City Under Siege, a 1989 comedy, and it has a role in the finale of the 2001 film Swordfish, where a helicopter deposits a busload of hostages on its helipad.
