Make this print opens the generator on a 850 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Rounded end doors

Both ends are rounded door fans with radial seams meeting at a top hinge. Print friendly adapts those seams and the glazing belt to the print scale; Full detail keeps them for a large print.

  2. Barrel roof and panel grid

The long barrel roof carries a grid of bowed panels on one side. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the arch strips and the panel relief crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Aerium airship hangar is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Aerium airship hangar takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Aerium airship hangar

The Aerium airship hangar stands in Briesen/Brand, Brandenburg, Germany. Construction of the CargoLifter hangar took place between 1999 and 2000, and the building was completed in November 2000. SIAT was the general planner, and Arup handled the structural design. The hangar was designed to hold zeppelins.

It measures 360 meters in length, 210 meters in width and 107 meters in height. In 2004 it reopened as the Tropical Islands Resort leisure park after a complete transformation. Those dimensions make the hangar a very large enclosed hall.
