  1. Tall slender shaft

This is a tall, slender tower with a long vertical run. Slow the print and keep cooling on for the upper floors, and use Full detail if you want the facade detail crisp.

  2. One piece with the ground

Allianz Tower is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Allianz Tower takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Allianz Tower

Allianz Tower, also called Torre Allianz and Isozaki Tower, carries the Italian nickname il Dritto, meaning "the straight one." The Milan skyscraper has 50 floors and rises 260 meters (850 ft); it was designed by the Japanese architect Arata Isozaki with the Italian architect Andrea Maffei. The building serves as headquarters for the Italian subsidiary of Allianz. Its form repeats eight modules of six floors, with a triple-glass facade curved slightly outward, and six panoramic lifts run up the glazed short sides.

Preparatory work began with the foundation slab on March 13, 2012; the slab measures about 63 by 27 meters. The construction contract followed in May 2012, and the structure rose above street level by the autumn. Allianz Tower was completed in 2015, and Emporis nominated it the next year as the third-best skyscraper finished in 2015.
