Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Marble piers and glass

The facade depends on the contrast between broad marble piers and recessed glass. Print friendly detail merges the finest mullions; Full detail and 0.12–0.16 mm layers keep the vertical rhythm on a larger print.

  2. Rooftop antennas

Several thin antenna groups and dishes sit on the flat crown. They are the most fragile shapes in the model, so handle the print carefully or choose Print friendly detail at smaller sizes.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Athens Towers is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Athens Towers takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Athens Towers

Athens Towers is a two-building complex in Ampelokipi, a district of Athens, Greece, on 2 Mesogeion Avenue. The two towers are unequal in height and floor count. Tower 1 has 28 stories and rises 103 m (338 ft), making it Greece's tallest building; a shorter second tower beside it joins it at the first floor.

Construction began in 1968 and finished in 1971, during the dictatorship, and at the time of completion the complex was Southeast Europe's second-tallest building. Ioannis Vikelas and Ioannis Kympritis were the architects. Its minimalistic, futuristic design uses glass curtain walls in aluminum frames, white marble columns and brown anodized aluminum verticals, and it imitates buildings in Europe and America such as the Seagram Building.

Steel columns and reinforced concrete slabs form a composite structure, the first of its kind in the Balkans, and the building used a plastic foundation system developed by Aristarchos Oikonomou. Inside, the partitions can be moved, and three basements provide parking, warehouses and an engine room. The buildings house shops and offices.
