Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Bell cupolas and steep gables

Two small cupolas and several steep gables crown the roofline. Print friendly adapts thin parts to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Darlington Schoolhouse is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Darlington Schoolhouse takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Darlington Schoolhouse

Mahwah, in Bergen County, New Jersey, has a Darlington section, and the Darlington Schoolhouse stands there. Theodore Havemeyer paid for the building, with help from Alfred Darling, and hired Dudley Newton to design it and oversee construction. The schoolhouse dates from 1891, and on March 14, 2008, the National Register of Historic Places added it.

The first floor is a single large room where students in grades one through eight were taught. On the second floor were a community hall and a chapel for the Dutch Reformed congregation at Romopock. New York-New Jersey Trail Conference restored the schoolhouse for use as its permanent headquarters.

About this model

The Darlington Schoolhouse is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release.
