Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A tall tower

The building is a tall tower, so its long vertical faces and the roofline carry the shape. Print slowly with good cooling for the upper floors, and use 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers to keep the edges crisp.

  2. Small details at the top

The upper floors hold the smallest shapes, which shrink at model scale. A larger print keeps them, and Print friendly adapts thin parts to your print scale.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Edifício Itália is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Edifício Itália takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Edifício Itália

Edifício Itália, known officially as Circolo Italiano, rises 165 m (541 ft) with 46 stories in the República district of central São Paulo, Brazil. It was built from 1956 to 1965 and was designed by the Brazilian architect Franz Heep. The building has a rooftop observation deck that is open to tourists.

The facade was planned to create natural ventilation and steady internal air while shielding tenants from direct sunlight. The Terraço Itália Restaurant opened on the 41st floor on September 29, 1967, and in 1968 it was visited by Queen Elizabeth II. Above it, the Bar do Terraço on the 42nd floor has live music, looks north over the city toward the Serra da Cantareira, and opens onto the terrace observatory. The 41st floor also holds Sala São Paulo, a room for corporate and social events. The Terraço Itália ranks among the city's best known restaurants.
