Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Bowed walls and glass crown

The model captures the bowed walls, rolling roof and flared glass entrance. Print it larger, or use Full detail with a fine nozzle, so the distorted windows and dormers stay readable.

  2. Fine layers for the glazing

Print friendly adapts the thin entrance mullions and dormer frames at small sizes; 0.12–0.16 mm layers keep the glazed crown crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

Krzywy Domek is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Krzywy Domek takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Krzywy Domek

Krzywy Domek stands in Sopot, Poland, and has an unusual shape. It was completed in 2004, covers roughly 4,000 square meters, or 43,000 sq ft, and was designed by Szotyńscy & Zaleski. The Polish name means 'crooked house', which describes the building's unusual shape.

Szotyńscy & Zaleski drew on Jan Marcin Szancer's and Per Dahlberg's fairytale illustrations and drawings. The building forms part of the Rezydent shopping center, and it can be entered from Monte Cassino Street or Morska Street. It is a postmodern structure.
