Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Thin roof and upper gallery

The model pairs a long, thin oversailing roof with a recessed upper gallery and a fine balustrade. Print friendly adapts the railing and glazing; Full detail and a larger print keep them legible.

  2. Curved entrance canopy

A curved entrance canopy projects over an open drive on slender columns. Use 0.12–0.16 mm layers and a slightly larger print to keep the curved roof edge and the column row clean.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Louisiana Downs Grandstand is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Louisiana Downs Grandstand takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Louisiana Downs Grandstand

The Louisiana Downs Grandstand stands on East Texas Street in Bossier City, United States, as the clubhouse and grandstand facility of the Louisiana Downs racecourse. The track began operations on October 30, 1974. Its steel frame came from Mosher, which delivered 3,600 tons of steel before the gates opened. A later report noted that the grandstand work was still unfinished when the track opened, and that the track did not drain properly.

The grandstand is an air-conditioned spectator building. Coverage of a seven-race card places spectators in the second-floor grandstand and in third-floor box seats. The steel supplier's advertisement describes the frame as part of the clubhouse and grandstand facility, delivered before the gates opened, and calls that facility luxurious.
