146 m of National Bank Centre, 39 mm on your shelf
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- A tall tower prints best slowly
A high-rise is tall for its footprint. Print slowly with good cooling, and use Print friendly or a larger print size so the upper floors stay crisp.
- One piece with the ground
National Bank Centre is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. National Bank Centre takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About National Bank Centre
National Bank Centre, which used to be called Manulife Place, is an office high-rise with a shopping mall in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Clifford Lawrie Bolton Ritchie Architects designed the complex, which was completed in 1983 on the downtown corner where 102 Avenue meets 101 Street. The tower has 36 floors and rises 146 meters (479 ft). It held the title of Edmonton's tallest building from 1983 until Epcor Tower overtook it in 2011.
The site was once home to the King Edward Hotel, which stood there from 1906 until a fire destroyed it in 1978. Manulife first announced plans for two skyscrapers on the site in March 1980, then revised them in July 1980 to one 36-storey office tower plus retail space. City council in Edmonton approved it in December 1980, and construction began in June 1981. The local firm PCL Construction built it. Opening day was October 12, 1983, and the project cost $100 million.
A two-level shopping concourse sits in the complex, tied to Commerce Place and Edmonton City Centre through the Edmonton Pedway. A second mall, Manulife Place Phase II, opened to the west on April 20, 1988, and a pedway over 102 Street joins it to the original complex.
About this model
National Bank Centre is one of more than 5,500 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Each model is written as code from public descriptions, plans, photographs and aerial views used only as references; no image or third-party model is copied into it. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. Rights in the building itself, its name and any brands on it are not granted by Mini Skyline; clear them separately before you sell prints. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
