35 m of the Ottawa Mosque, 10 mm on your shelf

Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Thin vertical parts

A minaret is a thin vertical part. Print slowly with good cooling, and use a 0.12–0.16 mm layer height to keep it crisp. Print friendly adapts thin parts to the print scale.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Ottawa Mosque is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Ottawa Mosque takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Ottawa Mosque

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, is home to the Ottawa Mosque. It holds the distinction of being Ottawa's oldest mosque and is among the oldest in Canada. The city's Muslim community was informally established in the 1940s, and the Ottawa Muslim Association came together in 1962 and gained incorporation in 1965. Two houses on Northwestern Avenue were bought in 1970 and served as a prayer room.

The mosque's establishment was announced in 1972, and officials approved it the next year. The first prayer services were held on March 26, 1975, and the mosque, though not fully completed, opened for Mawlid on March 3, 1977. Architect Ghazi Anwar Asad designed it in the International style. It has two floors and can hold up to 700 worshippers, and its minaret is 35 meters (115 ft) high. It also has a library, meeting rooms, a childcare center and event halls, and the Ottawa Muslim Association has its headquarters there.

About this model

The Ottawa Mosque is one of more than 5,500 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Each model is written as code from public descriptions, plans, photographs and aerial views used only as references; no image or third-party model is copied into it. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. Rights in the building itself, its name and any brands on it are not granted by Mini Skyline; clear them separately before you sell prints. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
