22 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- A central elliptical dome
The building has an elliptical dome in the center. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps its curve smooth, and a larger print size keeps more of the side and rear sections crisp.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Palau Nacional (MNAC) takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Palau Nacional (MNAC)
Palau Nacional means "National Palace" in Catalan, and the building stands on the Montjuïc hill in Barcelona. The 1929 International Exhibition used it as its main site. Eugenio Cendoya and Enric Catà designed it, with Pere Domènech i Roura supervising. Their project won a competition launched on July 18, 1924, which was open to all Spanish architects.
The building has a ground area of 32,000 m2 and takes inspiration from Spanish Renaissance architecture. Its floor plan is rectangular, with two side sections and a square section at the rear, and an elliptical dome rises in the center. Carles Buïgas created the fountains beside the staircases that lead up to the palace.
The National Art Museum of Catalonia has occupied the palace since 1934. An extension carried out between 1996 and 2004 let the palace house the museum's whole collection of over 5,000 artworks. Cendoya and Catà's building was therefore enlarged to hold the whole collection.
About this model
The Palau Nacional (MNAC) is one of more than 5,500 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Each model is written as code from public descriptions, plans, photographs and aerial views used only as references; no image or third-party model is copied into it. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. Rights in the building itself, its name and any brands on it are not granted by Mini Skyline; clear them separately before you sell prints. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
