8 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- A thin steeple on the tower
The bell tower ends in a slim spire. Print friendly adapts it to the print scale; Full detail keeps it on larger prints. Printing slowly with good cooling helps tall thin parts.
- One piece with the ground
The Peekskill Presbyterian Church is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Peekskill Presbyterian Church takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Peekskill Presbyterian Church
Peekskill Presbyterian Church is a Greek Revival church in Peekskill, New York, built in 1846. It was twice the size of the first sanctuary, which the congregation had outgrown. The congregation dates to 1799 and was formally incorporated in 1826.
The church sits on a trapezoidal lot of 1.2 acres (4,900 m2) where South and Washington streets meet at the southeast corner, west of downtown Peekskill. It is a one-story building whose white clapboard siding rests on a stone foundation, with a pedimented gable roof carried by four corner Doric pilasters.
A four-stage bell tower stands at the center of the front, with an electric clock, and its top stage is an octagonal spire topped by a weathervane. The church bell is the original one used in the late 18th century. The church gained its National Register of Historic Places listing in 2002, along with other buildings on the property.
