  1. Twin towers and spires

Two towers with spires need a larger print to stay sharp; 0.12–0.16 mm layers help the tapering tips stay clean.

  2. West front detail

The front carries three portals and carved ornament; Print friendly adapts these small details to the print scale, while Full detail keeps them for a large print.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Basilica of Sainte-Clotilde, Paris is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Basilica of Sainte-Clotilde, Paris takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Basilica of Sainte-Clotilde, Paris

The Basilica of Sainte-Clotilde stands on the Rue Las Cases in Paris's 7th arrondissement. It went up between 1846 and 1856 and was the first neo-Gothic church in the city. Its name comes from Saint Clotilde, wife of Clovis I, the first Frankish king. Tradition says she set his conversion to Christianity as a condition for marrying him in 496.

Franz Christian Gau, a German-born architect and archaeologist who worked in France, made the first design. Building work started in 1846, though Gau died in 1853, and Théodore Ballu carried on. Ballu added several meters to the front for depth and built the two towers. Cardinal Morlot opened the church on November 30, 1857. Pope Leo XIII made it a minor basilica in 1896, marking the anniversary of Clovis's conversion.

On the west front, in the Flamboyant Gothic style, the two towers rise to 70 m in their spires. Three portals sit in bays with pointed arches and carved decoration. Inside, the church measures 96 m by 39 m, with stained glass high on the walls and an arcade of tall classical pillars forming pointed arches. César Franck served as its organist for thirty years.
