Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A larger print for the roofline

This mosque prints small at the default size. A larger print and 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers keep the roofline and wall detail crisp; Print friendly adapts fine parts.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Şehitlik Mosque is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Şehitlik Mosque takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Şehitlik Mosque

The Şehitlik Mosque is a Sunni mosque in the Neukölln district of Berlin. It was completed in 2005 and is run by DİTİB, the Diyanet İşleri Türk İslam Birliği. Hilmi Şenalp designed it in an Ottoman Revival style, and the four-story building holds up to 1,500 worshipers. The complex also has a cultural center and a center for information and meetings.

The design draws on Ottoman architecture of the 16th and 17th centuries. Its two minarets rise 37.1 meters (122 ft), and the main dome is 21.3 meters (70 ft) high. The mosque takes its name from a Turkish cemetery that served as a diplomatic cemetery in 1866.

The foundation stone was laid in 1999. In 2010 the mosque was the target of four arson attacks. A perpetrator was arrested in 2011 and given a prison term of two years and nine months. The cemetery that gave the mosque its name contains graves of honor.
