Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Upper floors on a corner

This is a six-story building on a corner, so its window rows and roofline compress at small sizes. Print larger than the default or choose Full detail, and use 0.12–0.16 mm layers so the upper floors stay crisp.

  2. One piece with the ground

Singer House is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Singer House takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Singer House

Singer House stands in Saint Petersburg, where Nevsky Prospekt meets the Griboyedov Canal, across from the Kazan Cathedral; it holds official status as cultural heritage in Russia. The Singer Sewing Machine Company built it in 1902–1904 as its Russian headquarters, with Pavel Suzor as architect. The company wanted a skyscraper like its New York building, but local rules did not allow anything taller than the Winter Palace.

Suzor met the height limit with a six-story Art Nouveau building topped by a glass tower, which carries a glass globe by the Estonian artist Amandus Adamson. A metal frame with brick and cement casting let the outer walls be nonstructural and allowed two-story windows. The facades use polished granite in pink and gray, with bronze decoration by Alexander Ober and A. G. Adamson, and a bronze eagle with spread wings was recreated below the globe.

The house was nationalized after the Russian Revolution, and from 1919 it held the offices of magazine and book publishers. The main city bookshop opened in 1938 and kept trading through World War II; the building also carries the name House of the Book. It was reconstructed in the early 2000s, and VKontakte has rented offices there since 2010.
