  1. Windows and stone detail

Small windows and stone detail are the finest parts of a Georgian church model. Print friendly adapts them to the print scale; a larger print, or layers of 0.12–0.16 mm, keeps the edges crisp.

  2. One piece with the ground

St James' Church, Sydney is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. St James' Church, Sydney takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About St James' Church, Sydney

St James' Church, usually called St James', King Street, is an Anglican parish church in the Sydney central business district. Its address is 173 King Street. It was consecrated in February 1824, took its name from St James the Great, and became a parish church in 1835. The transported convict architect Francis Greenway designed it in the Old Colonial Georgian style while Lachlan Macquarie was governor.

The church belongs to the Macquarie Street precinct, alongside other early colonial buildings such as the Hyde Park Barracks. Within Sydney's inner city it is the oldest surviving church. On September 3, 2004, it received New South Wales State Heritage Register listing, and it also appeared on the Register of the National Estate, which no longer exists.

St James' plays a part in the religious, civic and musical life of the city, and its closeness to Sydney Hospital and the law courts links it with the legal and medical professions. Its early work served Sydney's convicts, and later generations have kept up a ministry to the poor and needy. Services follow High Church and moderate Anglo-Catholic practice and include a robed choir.
