About The Martin
In Paradise, Nevada, close to the Las Vegas Strip, The Martin is a luxury condominium high-rise with the address 4471 Dean Martin Drive. It rises 500 feet (150 m) over 45 floors and holds 372 units in total, and it sits across Interstate 15 from CityCenter. It began as part of the Panorama Towers complex, under the name Panorama Tower North.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place on April 21, 2006, with Taylor International as general contractor, and the tower opened in 2008. Sales were slow, and its construction lender, iStar Financial, took foreclosure action in November 2008. In 2009 the lender took ownership of the property through the foreclosure process. In January 2011 the tower became The Martin, named after Dean Martin; the renaming was a marketing move meant to lift sales.
A renovation finished in March 2012 and brought $3 million of improvements: a redesigned lobby with a library, lounges at the pool, new landscaping, vintage furniture and retro decor, plus services such as a concierge, room cleaning, a car service and continental breakfast. Monthly sales rose afterward, with strong sales throughout 2012 and 2013.
How it prints
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

- Tall tower, ribbed floors
- The tower is tall and slim, with a ribbed look from its floor bands. Printing slowly with good cooling helps it stay clean, and layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep the bands crisp.
- Wavy crown at the top
- The top of the tower has an uneven, wavy crown. Print friendly adapts small crown details to the print scale, while Full detail keeps them on larger prints or with a fine nozzle.
- One piece with the ground
- The Martin is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
- In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
- Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Martin takes the building color.
- File format
- You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About this model
The Martin is one of more than 2,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
Common questions
Is there a The Martin STL I can download?
Mini Skyline builds the file for you in your browser and exports 3MF, which every major slicer opens. If you need an STL, open the 3MF in your slicer and export it from there.
How big can I print it?
Any print size from 40 mm across. The Martin grows with the print: about 40 mm tall on the default 160 mm print. For a model larger than your printer bed, Project Mode splits the area into tiles.
Is it free?
Yes. Generation runs in your browser, with no account and nothing behind a paywall.
