  1. Station building outline

A station building reads mainly through its outline and roof edge. A larger print helps the building read, and 0.12–0.16 mm layers keep the edges crisp.

  2. One piece with the ground

Warszawa Wschodnia railway station is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Warszawa Wschodnia railway station takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Warszawa Wschodnia railway station

Warszawa Wschodnia, or Warsaw East, ranks among Warsaw's most important railway stations. The station also carries the more official name Warszawa Wschodnia Osobowa, or Warsaw East Passenger. It stands east of the Vistula, between the Praga-Południe and Praga-Północ districts, and serves the Warsaw Cross-City Line. It handles trains that pass through Warszawa Centralna and Śródmieście, the larger stations, and stop or end at Wschodnia.

The station first served passengers in 1866, when the new Warsaw–Terespol Railway ended there. By 1933, with the Cross-City line open, it had been rebuilt as a through station. Its station building was destroyed in World War II, and for the postwar decades passengers used provisional, temporary buildings.

The present station building dates from 1969 and was for a while Warsaw's most modern large station. It later received little investment and fell into disrepair. It was renovated ahead of the UEFA Euro 2012 championship. The station is one of Poland's busiest, with more than 800 trains a day.
