- 1:3,750
14 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Pilasters and narrow windows
The long front is covered in tall pilasters with narrow window bands between them. Print friendly adapts these fine vertical details to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print.
- Roof courts and flagmast
Two recessed courts sit in the flat roof, with a thin flagmast at the center of the front. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm and a bigger print size keep these small details crisp.
- One piece with the ground
The White House, Bishkek is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The White House, Bishkek takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the White House, Bishkek
The White House in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, is the country's presidential office building. It was commissioned to serve as the headquarters of the Communist Party's Central Committee, and construction took eight years, ending in 1985. The building has seven stories and is built in Stalinist modern style, modeled on a Moscow building known as STO (Gosplan, Duma). Marble covers its exterior.
A large bed of red flowers stands in front, meant to stand for the country's Soviet connections. The national crest is on the front of the building. During the communist period, a crest from that era covered the same spot.
The White House has been a focus of political upheaval. On March 24, 2005, during the Tulip Revolution, a crowd of tens of thousands gathered in front of it, and many people stormed in. President Askar Akayev fled by helicopter. In 2010, during the uprising against President Kurmanbek Bakiyev, whose administration was based in the building, a fire damaged parts of it and destroyed many government records. Protesters burned down the right wing in the 2020 revolution.
