Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Cantilever and lighting rail

The model is one open stand under a high cantilevered roof, with a slender lighting rail along its edge. Print friendly adapts the rail and thin roof edge; Full detail keeps them at a larger size.

  2. Roof equipment and panels

Two raised service housings and grouped solar panels sit on the roof. A larger print or 0.12–0.16 mm layers helps these low, closely spaced details stay distinct.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Academy Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Academy Stadium takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Academy Stadium

The Academy Stadium is a football ground in Manchester, England, within the Etihad Campus. It was announced on September 19, 2011 as one element of an 80-acre training complex designed for about 400 young players at once, and the campus opened on December 8, 2014. Manchester Metropolitan University students inaugurated the pitch with the first official matches on December 14, 2014. In September 2023 the ground took the name Joie Stadium under a sponsorship deal.

It hosts Manchester City's Elite Development Squad and the club's other senior academy sides, plus Manchester City Women, who play a few fixtures at the City of Manchester Stadium as well. Although not the biggest building on the campus, it includes a press room, a board room, offices and retail space. The City of Manchester Stadium lies 400 meters away, connected by a 190-meter bridge across the intersection of Alan Turing Way and Ashton New Road.

Tournament sport has also come to the ground. It was one of two venues for the 2016 World Rugby Under 20 Championship, and in 2022 it staged group games at the UEFA Women's Euro. That tournament used ten venues in all. Iceland's Sara Björk Gunnarsdóttir objected to the choice, describing the ground as a "training ground" compared with the larger stadiums picked.
