Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Steel hats on raking trusses

Tilted steel canopies sit over the ends of the upper decks on raking truss masts. Print friendly adapts the thinnest ties; Full detail keeps them for a large print or a fine nozzle.

  2. Ramp towers and their domes

The spiral-ramp corner towers carry round domes above their ramp rings. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep those curves smooth.

  3. One piece with the ground

Acrisure Stadium is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Acrisure Stadium takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Acrisure Stadium

Acrisure Stadium is a football stadium on the North Side of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in the district called North Shore. It opened in 2001 under the name Heinz Field, after the controlled implosion of Three Rivers Stadium, the teams' previous home. Pittsburgh's NFL team, the Steelers, and the university's Panthers of the NCAA both play home games there.

HOK Sport took the city's steel-making past as its theme, and the result uses steel in the structure and on the outside, 12,000 tons of it. The stone in the design is artificial, chosen to keep the cost down. Money was raised for it together with funds for PNC Park and for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, and its own cost was $281 million. Work started on the site in June 1999, and the stadium saw its first football game in September 2001.

The stadium seats 68,400, and most Steelers home games have sold out, a run going back to 1972. The natural-grass surface has drawn criticism over the years; the Steelers kept it after lobbying from players and coaches. Two outdoor hockey games have been played there, the 2011 NHL Winter Classic and a 2017 NHL Stadium Series game. A concert by Taylor Swift on June 17, 2023 brought in 73,117 people, more tickets than any other event in the city's history.
