The landmark on its own, at its size on a 160 mm print. Print friendly thickens thin parts for a 0.4 mm nozzle; Full detail keeps every part.

9 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Exposed steel entrance frame
The model's front is carried by folded steel outriggers with open space behind them. Print friendly adapts the thin members; Full detail is better for a large print or fine nozzle.
- Flat hall and curved rink roof
The main hall has a high flat roof, while the older rink keeps a shallow barrel roof. A larger print helps the stair wedges and roof edges stay distinct.
- One piece with the ground
Herb Brooks Arena is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Herb Brooks Arena takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Herb Brooks Arena
Herb Brooks Arena serves several purposes inside Lake Placid's Olympic Center, in New York State. The hall and the USA Rink were constructed for the 1980 Winter Olympics. Ice hockey, figure skating and the closing ceremony all took place in the arena during those Games. It holds 7,700 people.
Its best-known event was the hockey game at those Games in which the United States defeated the Soviet Union 4–3, remembered as the Miracle on Ice. The arena took Herb Brooks's name in 2005, the 25th anniversary of that victory; Brooks coached the American team at those 1980 Games.
College hockey championships have come to the arena several times: the men's NCAA Frozen Four in 1984 and 1988, and the women's NCAA hockey championship in 2007. Every March from 1993 to 2002 it staged the ECAC Hockey League championships. The Olympic Regional Development Authority owns the arena.
