7 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Arches and their glazing
Each long facade carries a deep-ringed arch filled with mullions and transoms. Full detail keeps that grid; Print friendly adapts it, and a larger print reads better.
- Rooftop units on the parapet
A row of small rooftop units shows over the parapet along each long side. They are the smallest features on the roof, so print bigger or use 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers.
- One piece with the ground
Honda Center is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Honda Center takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Honda Center
The Honda Center, in Anaheim, California, is an indoor arena used for several sports. The Anaheim Ducks, the city's NHL club, play their home games there, and for hockey the building is billed as The Pond at Honda Center. It opened in 1993 and later carried the name Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim; it seats up to 17,174 for the Ducks and holds 84 luxury suites, and converting it from hockey to an 8,400-seat amphitheater takes five hours.
The arena grew out of an idea put forward in 1987 by the entertainment lawyer Neil Papiano, who won support from two Anaheim councilmen and backing from two New York firms, Ogden Corporation and Nederlander Organization. The site chosen was a seven-acre plot where Douglass Road meets Katella Avenue, then in the hands of Phoenix Club, a German social group. Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum designed the building, work began in November 1990, and the Ducks played their first NHL game there on October 8, 1993, losing 7–2 to the Detroit Red Wings.
The Ducks won their first Stanley Cup at the arena on June 6, 2007, beating the Ottawa Senators 6–2 in the fifth game of the final. Honda Center has also hosted WrestleMania, UFC cards from 2006 on, the NCAA men's basketball tournament as a regional site and the 2005 IBF World Championships in badminton. Angel Stadium stands on the far side of California State Route 57.
About this model
Honda Center is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
