13 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Stone piers on the pavilion
Square piers stand proud of the glazing on the front pavilion, with mullions and a transom band between them. Print friendly adapts the thin frames; Full detail keeps them for a large print.
- Mast on the corner block
A ship's mast with a crow's nest rises from the brick corner block. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm help the thin shaft and the little platform print cleanly.
- One piece with the ground
KeyBank Center is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. KeyBank Center takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About KeyBank Center
KeyBank Center, on a downtown site in Buffalo, New York, is a multi-purpose indoor arena and the biggest of its kind in Western New York, with 19,070 seats. It opened on September 21, 1996, as Marine Midland Arena, replacing Buffalo Memorial Auditorium, and has since carried the names HSBC Arena and First Niagara Center. The Buffalo Sabres, who play in the National Hockey League, have used it since 1996, and so do the Buffalo Bandits, a National Lacrosse League side.
Construction cost $127.5 million. The arena takes its name from its central downtown position, a site proposed in the 1960s for a domed stadium for the Buffalo Bills before that project was abandoned. Beyond hockey it holds concerts and professional wrestling, and the NCAA's Division I men's basketball tournament has come to the building several times. Since 2015 it has also staged the annual NHL draft combine alongside Harborcenter, and an elevated walkway links it to the LECOM Harborcenter complex next door.
The building has been reworked in stages. Early work added 95 seats at the back of the 300 level and, after the 2011-12 season, 380 more in the 200 level, bringing the arena to 19,070, a figure that nods to 1970, when the franchise began. In 2024 the roof and main scoreboard were replaced; when installed, the new 27-by-43 ft. screen was the biggest center-hung video board in any indoor arena in New York State.
About this model
KeyBank Center is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
