23 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Rounded roof over curved walls
The roof rolls over the walls in one soft-edged mass, and the corners curve away. A larger print keeps that curve smooth; 0.12 to 0.16 mm layers keep it free of visible steps.
- Vertical ribs on the walls
Narrow ribs run around the walls and bunch up at the curved corners. Print friendly adapts the finest of them to the print scale; Full detail suits a large print.
- One piece with the ground
Plenitude Arena is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Plenitude Arena takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Plenitude Arena
Nanterre, a western suburb of Paris in France, is home to Plenitude Arena, a multipurpose indoor venue. Racing 92, a rugby union club, developed it and replaced the Stade Olympique Yves-du-Manoir as its home; the arena opened in October 2017. Eni Plenitude, an Italian energy company, holds the naming rights. Earlier names included U Arena and Paris La Défense Arena.
Three configurations are offered. Rugby uses a nominal capacity of 30,681 seats. Concert capacity began at 40,000 and was raised to 45,000 in 2024. A movable stand also lets indoor sports run at capacities down to 5,000. Offices take up 33,000 square meters (360,000 sq ft), and there are 300 student rooms plus shops: a brewery, a club shop and a gourmet restaurant.
On completion it took the title of largest indoor arena in Europe from the Olympic Stadium in Moscow, which had held it since 1980. The 2024 Summer Olympics brought swimming and water polo to the arena, and the 2024 Summer Paralympics brought swimming. The Rolling Stones played the first concerts in October 2017; France met Japan in the first rugby union match the next month.
