16 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Lattice trusses over the opening
The long trusses round the roof opening are open lattices standing well proud of the cushions. Full detail keeps their chords and diagonals; Print friendly thickens those members for a small print.
- Pillow rows down the facades
The cushion rows carry on down the facades, so the model has shallow grooves all the way round. Layers of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keep the rows and the scalloped edge crisp.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Poznań Stadium takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Poznań Stadium
The ground sits in Poznań's Grunwald district, on the road the city calls Bułgarska, which earned it the nickname Bulgarian Street Stadium. Its four covered stands hold 42,837 spectators, every one of them in a seat. Lech Poznań has treated it as its main venue from the day it was inaugurated in August 1980, and Warta Poznań has turned up there from time to time.
A complete rebuilding between 2003 and 2010 produced four new stands, each of them roofed. Over three of them the cover is a membrane in the natural colors of silk, made up of equal pieces 9 meters long, and the pieces give the surface a wavy appearance; over the south stand, the Kocioł, part of the roof can be shifted so light reaches the grass. Sting played the concert that reopened the finished ground on September 20, 2010.
Before the rebuilding the ground had taken almost 12 years to finish, raised on artificial hills as three stands in a U; the fourth side was left free for a swimming pool and gyms, neither of which was ever built. Six years later, four masts 56 meters high went up to carry the floodlights. The record crowd, about 45,000 for a game against Widzew Łódź on April 8, 1984, exceeded the 40,000 the ground was then officially allowed.
About this model
Poznań Stadium is one of more than 4,300 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
