Make this print opens the generator on a 650 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Petal slots and roof

The model ring is split into 26 petals with open slots and a curved canopy above them. Print friendly adapts the thin canopy arms and slot edges; 0.12–0.16 mm layers keep the curves clean.

  2. Two seating tiers

The lower bowl and overhanging upper tier are separated by a deep recess. A larger print keeps that overhang and the repeated seating courses legible.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Stadio San Nicola is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Stadio San Nicola takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Stadio San Nicola

Stadio San Nicola in Bari, Italy, is an all-seater multi-use stadium used mostly for football and designed by Renzo Piano. SSC Bari plays its home games there, and it took over from Stadio della Vittoria in 1990. Its design resembles a flower, with 26 petals and upper tiers separated by 8-meter gaps.

Only San Siro in Milan and Rome's Stadio Olimpico are larger football grounds in Italy; among stadiums used by a single team in Italy, San Nicola is the biggest. It holds 58,270 people. The stadium was built for the 1990 FIFA World Cup, where it hosted five matches, including the third-place game between Italy and England.

The stadium hosted the 1991 European Cup Final, which Red Star Belgrade won, and hosted the 1997 Mediterranean Games. It first filled every seat in June 2014, during a Serie B playoff for A.S. Bari; a 2009–10 Serie A match involving A.S. Bari had drawn 52,000 before that.
