7 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Long wings, small windows
The school is a set of long, low wings covered in rows of tiny windows. A larger print and a layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the rows readable; Print friendly adapts the smallest openings.
- One piece with the ground
Archbishop Stepinac High School is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Archbishop Stepinac High School takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Archbishop Stepinac High School
In White Plains, New York, Archbishop Stepinac High School is a Roman Catholic school for boys. The Archdiocese of New York operated it up to the 2009–2010 school year, at which point it gained independence from the archdiocese. Founded in 1948, it is named for Aloysius Stepinac, who was Archbishop of Zagreb in Croatia, then part of Yugoslavia.
Pope Pius XII made Stepinac a cardinal in 1952, and Pope John Paul II beatified him in 1998. At its 1948 opening, the school could hold 1,360 students. It began with only the freshman and sophomore years and had its full complement by 1950.
The Catholic parishes of Westchester County raised the funds that made the school possible. Francis Cardinal Spellman led the effort; he was the Archbishop of New York. Education officials of the archdiocese helped. The first aim was a full program of study with many subject choices. Besides college preparation, a general course was available for boys who planned to end their schooling after high school and go into a trade.
