Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A larger print for the arena

A larger print helps the arena read clearly at this scale. Layers of 0.12–0.16 mm keep the vertical walls crisp.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Ariake Gymnastics Centre is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Ariake Gymnastics Centre takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Ariake Gymnastics Centre

The Ariake GYM-EX in Tokyo began as the Ariake Gymnastics Centre, a sports arena that has since become an exhibition hall. It stands in the Ariake district of Tokyo and opened in October 2019. It was built for gymnastics at the 2020 Summer Olympics and for boccia at the 2020 Summer Paralympics.

After the Games, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government turned the venue into an exhibition hall and gave it the Ariake GYM-EX name, aiming to support smaller businesses around Tokyo. Tokyo Big Sight began managing the venue in 2023. Nikken Sekkei and Shimizu Corporation designed the building, which is recorded with a capacity of 1,200 and steel as its material.
