Bengtskär Lighthouse in 3D
The landmark on its own, at its size on a 160 mm print. Print friendly thickens thin parts for a 0.4 mm nozzle; Full detail keeps every part.

13 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Slender tower and lantern
The round tower with its lantern gallery and thin mast is the tallest and thinnest part. Print friendly adapts these parts to the print scale; Full detail keeps them as modeled, best printed slowly with good cooling.
- Fine brick courses
Both the tower and the large building show many thin horizontal brick courses. A larger print size and a 0.12 mm layer height keep them crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Bengtskär Lighthouse is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Bengtskär Lighthouse takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Bengtskär Lighthouse
Bengtskär Lighthouse stands on the Bengtskär skerry, out in the Archipelago Sea around 25 kilometers southwest of Hanko in Finland. Its top lies 52 meters above sea level, higher than any other lighthouse in the Nordic countries. It was built in 1906, and Florentin Granholm is listed as its architect. Granite and brick are its materials.
A lighthouse here had been planned for some time. Then the steamer s/s Helsingfors went aground nearby on New Year's Day of 1905, while traveling from Lübeck to Helsinki. Two crew members died and several others were trapped on board. The accident gave the project new urgency, and the lighthouse was finished the following year.
During the Continuation War in 1941, Soviet troops based at Hanko attempted to blow up the lighthouse in the Battle of Bengtskär, after being disturbed by a Finnish observation post inside it. The site later became a popular tourist destination, with a granite sauna and a few hotel rooms.
About this model
Bengtskär Lighthouse is one of more than 4,900 landmark models in Mini Skyline. They are made with AI, and each one is checked from four sides in its real surroundings before release. Everything around it is built from OpenStreetMap and Overture map data. If you would rather print the shape from map data, turn off Landmark models in the Buildings settings.
