Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Columns, arch and pediments

The Bowery front has Corinthian columns, a triumphal arch and sculpted pediments. Print friendly adapts these to your print scale; Full detail keeps them, which suits a larger print or a fine nozzle.

  2. Skylights on a low roof

The roof is low and shows a ribbed skylight and long tiled slopes. A layer height of 0.12 to 0.16 mm keeps those fine lines crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Bowery Savings Bank Building, 130 Bowery is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Bowery Savings Bank Building, 130 Bowery takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Bowery Savings Bank Building, 130 Bowery

Also called 130 Bowery, the Bowery Savings Bank Building is a former bank and event venue in Lower Manhattan's Little Italy and Chinatown neighborhoods. It was built between 1893 and 1895 for the Bowery Savings Bank. The L-shaped lot runs from Bowery on the east to Elizabeth Street on the west, with Grand Street along the south. Stanford White of McKim, Mead & White designed it, drawing on Classical Revival and Beaux-Arts styles.

The superstructure is clad in Indiana limestone above a granite water table. Frederic MacMonnies sculpted the pediments, and Corinthian columns line the front. The main entrance is a triumphal arch on the narrow Bowery side, framed to look like a Corinthian temple. Inside, the aim was a Roman temple feel: a waiting room at the east end and a banking room at the west end. The banking room has a coffered ceiling two stories high, topped by a square skylight, and both rooms have mosaic-tile floors and marble colonnades.

The bank was founded in 1834 in a house at 128 Bowery. In 1891 it announced a new headquarters. Work on the banking room started in May 1893, and the hall opened in June 1894. A second phase, which included the waiting room, was finished in 1895. New York City has designated both the facade and the interior as landmarks, the building has a National Register of Historic Places listing, and the Capitale event venue opened here in October 2002.
