5 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Castellated tower and turrets
The square tower and the turrets have battlement-style tops. Print friendly adapts these small parts to the print scale; Full detail keeps them, which suits a larger print.
- Arched windows on several wings
Tall arched windows line the walls of the wings. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps their outlines crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Christ Episcopal Church, Tarrytown is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

About Christ Episcopal Church, Tarrytown
On South Broadway (US 9), at number 43 in Tarrytown, New York, stands Christ Episcopal Church, a historic Episcopal church. Built in 1837, its red brick walls are covered in ivy and its tower is modest in size. The church also has a Spanish-language ministry called the San Marcos Mission, and is also called Christ Church San Marcos.
The New York Department of Education had recognized it as a landmark in 1935. The National Register of Historic Places listed it in 1987, both for its link with the author Washington Irving, a vestryman there, and for its distinctive early Gothic Revival architecture. The complex has three nineteenth-century buildings: the church, a rectory built in 1875 and a parish hall from 1898.
The church follows a traditional English parish church design in red brick, with an engaged tower and a transept. The tower and turrets are castellated, and limestone, sandstone and molded brick form the decoration. Nathaniel Holmes, a bookseller from New York City who retired to Tarrytown in 1835, started the church, and it was organized formally on August 8, 1836.
