11 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Gable front with a rose window
A round window and small pinnacles decorate the pointed front. Print friendly adapts these small details to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print.
- Long ribbed roof
A long, steep roof runs back between taller buildings. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm and a bigger print size keep its fine ridges crisp.
- One piece with the ground
The Church of the Blessed Sacrament is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Church of the Blessed Sacrament takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the Church of the Blessed Sacrament
Blessed Sacrament, a Roman Catholic parish church belonging to the Archdiocese of New York, stands at 152 West 71st Street in Manhattan's Upper West Side, a short way east of Broadway. The parish itself was established in 1887, well before the current church was built.
Work on the current church began in 1914, under designs by Gustave E. Steinback, with the first mass in the new building taking place on Christmas in 1920. The lower level once held a performing arts venue called The ArcLight Theatre.
