Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Small among tall neighbors

This building is small beside its tall neighbors, so its fine detail is tiny at print scale. A larger print or Full detail keeps more; Print friendly adapts the smallest parts.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Fleming Smith Warehouse is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Fleming Smith Warehouse takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Fleming Smith Warehouse

At 451–453 Washington Street in Tribeca, Manhattan, stands the six-story Fleming Smith Warehouse, a residential building that began as a warehouse. Fleming Smith commissioned it in 1891; he had earlier hired the same architect, Stephen Decatur Hatch, for another warehouse in the neighborhood. Hatch combined Romanesque Revival and neo-Flemish elements.

Rusticated sandstone blocks face the ground story, and brick covers the upper stories. Ornate gables make up the roof. The main side, on Watts Street, is five bays wide with a slightly protruding center bay, and the Washington Street side is three bays wide. Many of the original six-over-six sash windows survive. In the 1970s it joined the first wave of Tribeca commercial buildings turned into apartments, and the Capsouto family turned the ground floor into a restaurant.
