3 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Hipped roofs and chimney
Several hipped roof sections and a chimney make up the roofline. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm and a bigger print size keep the small windows and roof details crisp.
- One piece with the ground
Flower Hill Village Hall is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Flower Hill Village Hall takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About Flower Hill Village Hall
The municipal building of the Incorporated Village of Flower Hill is Flower Hill Village Hall, on Long Island's North Shore, in Nassau County, New York. It is the administrative headquarters of the village and holds its government offices and the vehicles used for service and maintenance, along with the Flower Hill Village Historical Gallery. The Nassau County Police Department also uses it as a local facility.
The hall's address is 1 Bonnie Heights Road, and its plot is one acre in size, directly across from Flower Hill Village Park. Carlos W. Munson, a prominent early resident of Flower Hill and the village's founding father, once had his real estate office on this site. Roslyn-based architect Henry W. Johanson designed the building in the colonial style, with administrative offices, a meeting room, an entrance hall and a garage.
Voters approved building a new village hall in a February 1948 referendum, and construction began in July 1948. Robert Johnson, Inc., of New York City built it at a cost of $60,000. The Board of Trustees held its first meeting in the building on February 24, 1949. The hall received renovations and an expansion in the 1990s and another in the 2000s.
