Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Ribbed roofs and chimneys

The roofs have fine ribbed lines and several slim chimneys. "Print friendly" adapts these thin details to the print scale; "Full detail" keeps them, which suits a larger print.

  2. Facade and arched windows

The walls carry many shallow window and arch details. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps them readable on a model this compact.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Frick Collection is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Frick Collection takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Frick Collection

Known informally as the Frick, the Frick Collection is an art museum on Manhattan's Upper East Side, in New York City. It occupies a mansion at 1 East 70th Street, built for the industrialist Henry Clay Frick in the Beaux-Arts style. The house was designed by Thomas Hastings, of the firm Carrère and Hastings, and completed in 1914. The museum itself was established in 1935 to preserve Frick's art collection.

Frick died in 1919 and left the house to become a public museum. His estate's trustees formed Frick Collection Inc. in April 1920. After his widow Adelaide died in October 1931, John Russell Pope converted the mansion, and the museum opened on December 16, 1935. It was extended in 1977 to cope with growing visitor numbers. While the house was renovated, from 2021 to March 2024, the Frick operated as the Frick Madison from the old Whitney Museum building, 945 Madison Avenue.

The holdings are European paintings from the 14th to the 19th century, along with other fine and decorative art. Works by Bellini, Goya, Rembrandt, Vermeer and Whistler are among them. The Frick Art Research Library, founded in 1920 by Helen Clay Frick, the industrialist's daughter, as a center for art history research, is part of the Frick and holds sales catalogs, books, periodicals and photographs.
