6 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- A narrow house among blocks
The rowhouse is small and narrow among larger blocks. A larger print size and Full detail keep its small details readable; a layer height of 0.12-0.16 mm helps.
- One piece with the ground
The New York Amsterdam News Building is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The New York Amsterdam News Building takes the building color.

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About the New York Amsterdam News Building
In Harlem, at 2293 Seventh Avenue, stands a historic rowhouse where the New York Amsterdam News was published from 1916 to 1938. During those years the paper became among the most influential U.S. publications covering African-American issues. National Historic Landmark status followed in 1976.
James H. Anderson started the newspaper in 1909, working from his home on West 165 Street. It grew rapidly and moved into this building in 1916. It was first meant for the local Harlem community, but its reach expanded until it spoke out on national issues and reached a nationwide audience. It outgrew the building and moved to new facilities in 1938.
The building belongs to a row of four rowhouses along the eastern side of Seventh Avenue, also called Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard, about halfway between West 134th Street and West 135th Street. It is four stories high, built of brownstone with Greek Revival styling and a projecting cast-iron cornice resting on modillions. The lower two levels hold commercial spaces, and a staircase on the right leads to the main entrance.
