Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Columned entrance and eagle

The entrance portico has columns, a pediment and a spread-winged eagle. Print friendly adapts these fine parts to the print scale; Full detail keeps them, best on a larger print.

  2. Cornice and set-back rooftop

A detailed cornice runs along the top, with a set-back structure above it. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps the cornice crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The New York County National Bank Building is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The New York County National Bank Building takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the New York County National Bank Building

The building of the New York County National Bank stands at 77–79 Eighth Avenue and West 14th Street, in Manhattan's Greenwich Village. Another name is Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company Building. Built in 1906–07, it is in the Neoclassical style, by the firm De Lemos & Cordes, working with Rudolphe L. Daus. The plans are ambiguously signed, so each architect's share of the design cannot be determined.

The base is concrete over brick foundations, the roof is flat, and steel columns with reinforced interior columns carry the structure. At the Eighth Avenue entrance, a portico with a pediment rests on two corner piers and a pair of fluted Ionic columns, and the pediment carries a monumental eagle with spread wings. Rubbed South Dover marble forms the facade, which has at times been painted to match the marble's original color. Caduceuses, a symbol of commerce, decorate the side facade.

An addition of seven stories lies to the south, at 75 Eighth Avenue, and dates from 1926. Work in 1999 renovated the building and extended it again, in a style that echoes the original design. New York City designated the building a landmark on June 7, 1988, originally under the Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company name. After it stopped being a bank, it housed a museum, a men's gym and an Off-Broadway theater.
