Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A tall tower

A tall tower like this prints best at a larger size if the height allows. Print slowly with good cooling, and use 0.12–0.16 mm layers to keep the vertical edges clean.

  2. One piece with the ground

The NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building

The NTT Docomo Yoyogi Building is a skyscraper in Sendagaya, part of Shibuya in Tokyo. Its height of 240 meters (790 ft) makes it Tokyo's ninth tallest building. The NTT Docomo group owns it. Despite the name, it is not the company's head office, whose headquarters occupy the Sannō Park Tower's top floors; it holds some offices but is mainly used for technical equipment for its cellular telephone service.

NTT Docomo marked its 10th anniversary with a 15-meter-diameter clock that began operating in November 2002. Solar energy supplies part of the building's power. A garbage separation system inside the tower reduces waste and raises the recycling rate. Waste water is recycled, and rainwater is used for the building's toilets. The building opened in September 2000 and has 27 floors above ground. It has a gross floor area of 51,122 square meters.
