Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A slender stone spire

The tower narrows to a thin spire that is the tallest part of the model. Print friendly adapts the tip to the print scale; print slowly with good cooling, and a bigger print keeps it sharper.

  2. Pointed gables

The front and side walls have pointed gables. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm keeps these details crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

The Old First Reformed Church, Brooklyn is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Old First Reformed Church, Brooklyn takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Old First Reformed Church, Brooklyn

The Old First Reformed Church is the home of a Dutch Reformed congregation. It stands at 126 7th Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, where Carroll Street crosses, in Park Slope. The congregation dates to 1654, when Governor Pieter Stuyvesant decreed it into being, making it one of three "collegiate churches."

The present building was constructed in 1888–1893 in the Late Gothic Revival style. It is built of Indiana limestone and sits on a granite base. The church is 162 feet deep and 100 feet wide, and its front facade carries a stone tower and spire that rise 212 feet. The National Register of Historic Places listed the church in 1998.
