21 mm tall on a 160 mm print
Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.
- Curved wall and stepped top
The rounded side wall and the stepped roofline are the main shapes. Print friendly adapts small roof details to the print scale; Full detail keeps them, best on a larger print.
- One piece with the ground
One North End Avenue is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.
- Pick the detail for your nozzle
In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.
- Colors
Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. One North End Avenue takes the building color.
- File format
You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.
About One North End Avenue
One North End Avenue, an office building also called the New York Mercantile Exchange Building, sits within the Brookfield Place complex, formerly known as the World Financial Center, in Lower Manhattan. It stands along the Battery Park City shoreline by the Hudson River, in front of 250 Vesey Street.
The exchange moved from 4 World Trade Center in 1997, after its directors had weighed a move to New Jersey for several years. Formally inaugurated on July 7, 1997, the building held a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Rudy Giuliani, who was mayor at the time, and the next morning, July 8, the trading floors opened for business.
The building suffered minor damage in the September 11 attacks of 2001, and four American flags were later fixed to its top corners. Brookfield Properties paid US$200 million for it in 2013 and folded it into the rest of the complex. The complex was previously named the World Financial Center, and the building is sometimes referred to as Five World Financial Center.
