  1. Ornate front, plain block

The renders show a richly decorated front on the Grand Concourse side and a large plain auditorium block behind it. Full detail keeps the ornament at larger sizes; Print friendly simplifies it on small prints.

  2. One piece with the ground

The Paradise Theater, Bronx is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. The Paradise Theater, Bronx takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About the Paradise Theater, Bronx

John Eberson designed the Paradise Theater, once Loew's Paradise Theatre, as a movie palace at 2403 Grand Concourse, in the Bronx's Fordham neighborhood. It opened on September 7, 1929, one of the five "Wonder" theaters Loew's built around New York City. It no longer operates as a movie theater, and New York City has designated both its facade and interior as landmarks, preserving them.

The lobby and retail wings face the Grand Concourse on the east side, and the auditorium wing faces Creston Avenue on the west. On the Grand Concourse the front is ornate terracotta crowned by a multicolored Baroque-style frontispiece. It once carried a mechanical clock made by Seth Thomas, plus a sculpture showing Saint George battling a fire-breathing dragon. Other facades are plainer brick. Its auditorium seats 3,855 across two levels.

Eberson designed only three atmospheric theaters in New York City: the Paradise, the Valencia and the Lane Theater on Staten Island. Like the Valencia, the Paradise has Spanish-style decoration, and it was one of the last atmospheric theaters built. Like the other Wonder Theatres, it had a "Wonder Morton" pipe organ, which has since been removed.
