  1. Twin towers and a dome

Two slender bell towers with small domes and crosses frame the front, with a larger dome behind. Print friendly adapts the thinnest tops to the scale; print slowly with good cooling, and use 0.12–0.16 mm layers.

  2. One piece with the ground

St. Barbara's Church, Brooklyn is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  3. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  4. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. St. Barbara's Church, Brooklyn takes the building color.

  5. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About St. Barbara's Church, Brooklyn

St. Barbara’s is a Roman Catholic parish church in northern Brooklyn’s Bushwick-Ridgewood neighborhood, within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn. The parish began as a national parish for the German Catholic community. By the 1960s the congregation had become Italian and then Hispanic.

The church was built in 1910 to designs by the firm Helmle and Huberty. The guidebook AIA Guide to New York City says it is named both for the saint and for the little daughter of the brewer Leonard Eppig, who gave money to the parish. St. Leonard’s, nearby, followed a similar pattern in its naming.
