Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. Pediment and cross

The gabled front carries a small cross at the peak. Print friendly adapts small parts like this to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print.

  2. Long, plain roof

A long roof with fine ridges runs the length of the church. A layer height of 0.12-0.16 mm keeps the ridges and window rows crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

St. Barnabas' Church, Bronx is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. St. Barnabas' Church, Bronx takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About St. Barnabas' Church, Bronx

The parish of St. Barnabas is Roman Catholic, within the Archdiocese of New York. It stands on Martha Avenue, close to East 241st Street, in the Woodlawn Heights part of the Bronx. Michael A. Reilly set up the parish in July 1910, splitting it from St. Frances of Rome, another Bronx parish, and it has grown to be among the archdiocese's largest.

The Italianate church was built in 1911, and Cardinal John M. Farley, Archbishop of New York, dedicated it that November. At its opening it held 700 people. A temporary school started the same year with 200 students and seven Sisters of Charity as teachers, and a convent for the Sisters opened across from the church in January 1913.

A chapel and high school opened in 1924 and were rebuilt while George McWeeney was pastor. Reilly, the first pastor, built the church, schools, convent and rectory. The church has owned at least four organs in its century of history; Estey Organ Company, of Brattleboro, Vermont, supplied the first around 1911.
