  1. Crosses and chimneys on the gables

Small crosses and chimney tops rise above the steep roofs. Print friendly adapts these thin parts to the print scale; Full detail keeps them on a larger print.

  2. Steep roofs and rose window

The tall roofs carry fine lines, and the front facade has a rose window. A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm and a bigger print size keep them crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

St. John's Protestant Episcopal Church, Yonkers is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. St. John's Protestant Episcopal Church, Yonkers takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About St. John's Protestant Episcopal Church, Yonkers

St. John's Church is a historic Episcopal church (formally St. John's Protestant Episcopal Church) found at 1 Hudson Street, within Yonkers' Getty Square neighborhood, in Westchester County, New York. The complex has a main church, a chapel, a rectory and a school. Frederick Philipse III, who was the third lord of Philipsburg Manor, built the original church in 1752 from rough gray fieldstone quarried locally, with red-brick quoins.

A fire in 1791 destroyed the roof, interior woodwork and steeple. A year after the fire the building was renovated and consecrated under the name St John's Church, Philipsburgh, the first time that name was used. An extension went up in 1849 while Yonkers was growing into an industrial city, and in 1874 the architect Edward Tuckerman Potter significantly rebuilt and enlarged the church. He kept one wall of the old church, and its round-arched windows and doorway served as the pattern for those of the new building.

The church is laid out as a cross, under a gable roof covered in slate. Four battered buttresses, one half-round rose window and two quarter-round rose windows mark the front. The chapel and a two and one-half-story rectory date from 1890 to 1891, and the architect R. H. Robertson linked them to the church. In the Revolutionary War it was used as a field hospital by both sides, and the National Register of Historic Places listed the complex in 1982.
