Make this print opens the generator on a 600 m square around the landmark. Buildings print at close to true scale, so the landmark grows with the print size.

  1. A small building in a dense scene

In the renders the cathedral is a tiny part of a large, dense city scene. A bigger print size or Full detail helps keep its small features.

  2. Fine detail on a small footprint

A layer height of 0.12–0.16 mm helps keep the narrow front and window details crisp.

  3. One piece with the ground

Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral is joined to the ground in the exported file, and the four-side check found no floating parts, so nothing needs gluing.

  4. Pick the detail for your nozzle

In the Buildings settings, set Landmark detail to Print friendly to adapt thin parts and small details to the print scale. Full detail keeps every modeled feature, for larger prints or a finer nozzle.

  5. Colors

Buildings, roads, water and ground arrive as separate filament slots in the 3MF. Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral takes the building color.

  6. File format

You get a 3MF for Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer or PrusaSlicer. Any of them can save it as STL if you need one.

About Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral

Sts. Constantine and Helen Cathedral is a Greek Orthodox cathedral in Downtown Brooklyn, on Schermerhorn Street (number 64). It took in parishioners of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, a Manhattan church destroyed in the September 11 attacks. Parishioners of other Greek Orthodox churches call it NAK.

The parish founded in 1913 was Long Island's first Greek Orthodox parish, and it is among the city's oldest Greek Orthodox churches. The community met for several years in a building at Johnson and Lawrence streets, then raised money for a new building, with the cornerstone laid on April 16, 1916. It grew through expansions in 1946 and 1960, and in June 1966 it became Brooklyn's cathedral.

A fire in 1991 damaged the building, but repairs restored it. A. Fantis Parochial School, founded in 1963, half a century after the church, and located right behind it, is affiliated with the church. The New York Transit Museum is half a block east of the cathedral.
